4. Price and payment
4.1. All prices include VAT.
4.2. Payment is made via secure gateway (card, PayPal or other method offered).
4.3. The eBook is transmitted immediately after confirmation of payment.

5. Non-Return Policy
5.1. As it is a downloadable digital product, No returns or refunds are accepted once the delivery process has started.
5.2. In the event of a technical incident, contact within 7 days to [email protected] to facilitate a solution (Re-download, attendance...).
